  Arrived early, filled out paper work, 45 minutes after actual appointment time we were seen. WAITED another 15 minutes to see doc..........not impressed with there customer service....willl look elsewhere

  My son was scheduled for an appointment after he was seen at St Anthony's ER in Mustang. The ER staff was wonderful. But this office was unbelievable (Southside, OKC)!! The waiting room was very uncomfortably hot. We waited over an hour and we're never called back to see the doctor. The office staff wanted to check with the billing office for my son to make payment arrangements. Payment arrangements were already discussed on the phone with my son prior to arriving for the appointment. There was absolutely no privacy as far the staff discussing my son's finances at the doctor's office. We heard everything they were saying while sitting in the waiting area. So much for hippa!! My son was in a lot of pain, it was uncomfortably hot, and he felt like we should leave before he said something he would regret, so we left. Later, the office called him and said they needed to see him and they rescheduled his appointment in the Norman office for the following day. We arrived at that appointment and my son went and sat down. I signed him in and one of the receptionists said my son posted a review and they basically didn't like the review so they refused to see him. UNBELIEVABLE!! I drove my son to Norman to be told they weren't going to see him. They said they left a voice message for my son. My opinion, if you are going to cancel an appt because of a Facebook review that you didn't like, don't leave a message, talk to the person. Leaving a voice mail seems very cowardly to me. Most businesses respond to negative reviews (constructive criticism) in a very different manner. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone. EXTREMELY poor customer service!!

  Wife had several things done including an MRI. From the woman answering the phone, to the nurses, technicians and Doctors, This place is above and beyond courteous and caring. I've had aircraft accidents and war injuries and never seen treatment as professional and patient minded as this.
