- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are always quick to address any needs I have with a quick phone call. They are ALWAYS professional and courteous. They were very understanding and helpful when I had to cancel a my credit card that is used to pay them. I simply forgot to update my payment info but they worked with without any issues. Like many people, I almost never take time to post positive reviews for anything, but they deserve the few minutes of my time to write an excellent review. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible services! Has been charging me for a few services then when I go there due to a credit discrepancy ,overcharging is more like it, I was notified that I did not have any of those services that I was getting charged for. They tried to come up with excuses and giving the charges different names, but when I printed out my bills they couldn't dodge it anymore, it has been 3 months since then and they still haven't figured it out!! Is it that hard to issue a refund? So bottom line is that people at this agency DO NOT know what they are doing.They will charge you amounts of money for services not provided and will hope no accidents will happen so you wont realize you are paying extra money for nothing!!January 17, 2017by Kayarash Karami
