  I wouldn't honestly give them one star! Every time I go in there, a certain lady is ALWAYS rude to me. I went in today for help and to ask questions and all the lady could say was "I don't know" in a rude way. Didn't even help me or take the time to listen to what I was saying. I will now be switching insurances!

  The team at Cindy Nashert's office knows the definition of customer service like the back of their hands. They serve with a passion, and it shows.I truly love working with them, and everything I have insured is through them. My wife tried to talk to me about switching to another agency because they were $5 cheaper a month. I told her lets run a little test, who can get someone on the phone faster.She called and was put in a waiting que. I called Cindy's office and a real person answered. 20 minutes later my wife was still on hold.

  I started using Cindy for insurance right after my wife and I got married, 15 years ago. I suppose that's a long-enough span of time for me to formulate an opinion on the value that I see in their products and services. They're over-priced, but I think ALL insurance is over-priced. The friendliness that they express makes that easier. The fact that they genuinely seem to give a crap about me and my family takes the additional edge off of that monthly payment. Let's be clear - everyone hates insurance premiums, but if I have to say, if I HAVE to pay one, I'm glad I'm paying Cindy and her crew. These are some top-notch folks.
