- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This whole office has gradually become worse and worse. Recently, the whole place has fallen into chaos. In the past week I have made 3 separate appointments with Dr. Donna Hill, and she has shown up to NONE of them. (This is not an isolated incident. It's been happening for months) I have been out of my sleep meds for over a month and have been using an old bottle of a different med I used to take for sleep/mania. Over the past year that I have seen Dr. Hill, she has progressively gone down hill. I've finally made an appointment with another office. A friend of mine has seen Dr. Ardoin, and I wish he was taking new patients. He's probably the only redeeming thing about that office.September 25, 2017by Beth Harper
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appt today. I was told to come in 30 minutes early bc I have to see a new psychiatrist due to mine no longer being here at this office . There was no one in the office to greet me. No receptionist. No one!!!! I waited over 30 minutes with no one to help. Or even reschedule. They have a sign up saying their phones don't work to fax or email them. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and now that I have to switch to the other psych here it's become the worst place.
